Let’s start by asking: do you recognize there is a difference between .002 dollars and .002 cents? It’s painful, but quite funny. Poor guy had to sit through several Verizon operators and managers and they still couldn’t agree that there is a difference between .002 dollars and .002 cents. Oh man… A semi-happy ending
