Google has done it again, releasing another popular web application that will surely be widely used and simple and focused at satisfying the goal - in this case an IM client, Google Talk.
After only using it for a whopping 15 minutes, I can safely say I appreciate the simplicity yet the ever-so-subtle features such as grouping consecutive messages by a single party. I’ve yet to use it much more than for a simple text conversation but as I say, thumbs up so far!
It will be interesting to see if they go through the same privacy issues they went through with Gmail by adding the infamous Google Adwords and/or Adsense.
